Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to discuss a replacement or reimbursement.
Deadline for Refund/Replacement
For online purchases, an order will be considered ‘closed’ for refund or replacement a maximum of one month after dispatch. Should your item not arrive within this time please be sure to contact us.
In person purchases are considered ‘closed’ for refund or replacement one week after purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
