This rate honors the continuity of our relationship and reflects the pricing structure in place when our work together began. *The Suggested 2026 Rate* reflects the standard cost of a session moving forward and is intended for those who are able to meet the full cost of the work. *The Full Cost + Support Rate* is for individuals with greater financial capacity—including many U.S.-based clients or those benefiting from stronger currencies—who wish to contribute beyond the base cost of a session. This rate helps subsidize reduced and accommodation rates and supports the long-term sustainability and accessibility of this work. Many sliding-scale models suggest payment in the range of 10–20% of one’s net hourly wage, though this can vary depending on local cost of living, financial obligations, and overall income. There are also helpful visual tools available online (search “The Green Bottle”) that some find useful when discerning where they may fall on a sliding scale. *1:1 Spiritual Direction* 1:1 Spiritual Direction is a space of attentive presence where you are invited to explore your relationship with yourself, the world, and the Divine. It is a safe and confidential space to bring your questions, doubts, fears, joys, and spiritual experiences—and to be deeply listened to. Spiritual Direction offers freedom to explore new ideas and experiences without fear of judgment, correction, or pressure to arrive at particular conclusions. Together, we pay attention to the movement of the Spirit in your life. The role of the spiritual director is not to judge, teach, or advise, but to hold space that supports your own listening, discernment, and relationship with the Divine.
