Each circle measures approximately 2.2cm in diameter

I use surgical steel ear posts with silicone backings.
They come on a recycled, uncoated business card.
 
Care Instructions:
The copper pennies hammered and sanded to create these earrings are not treated and therefore will oxidize and change color with use, as is normal for copper. If you wish to return to the original shine and colour, there are many home remedies online using basic ingredients from your kitchen to regain the shine.
 
Alternatively, I prefer to use a small piece of sand-paper to lightly buff the earring face. The grit of paper will influence the final finish. For this size of earring i would recommend finer grit.
 
The posts for these earrings are affixed with a dab of Gorilla Glue. Should your post come off, you can repair them yourself in the same way. #repairingiscaring
